Sweet and Spicy Sesame Noodles
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) package linguine pasta
3 cloves garlic , minced
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. San-J Szechuan Sauce
1 Tbsp. pure sesame oil
2 Tbsp. San-J Sweet & Tangy Sauce
San-J Thai Peanut Sauce
4 Tbsp. San-J Premium Tamari Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. chunky style peanut butter
3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup water chestnuts, drained from can, chopped
1/3 cup orange or yellow bell pepper, chopped
Directions:
Cook linguini until al dente, drain and rinse and set aside in serving bowl.
In 8 inch skillet, over medium heat, heat sesame oil and stir in garlic, rice vinegar, sugar, San-J Thai Peanut Sauce, San-J Tamari Soy Sauce, and San-J Sweet & Tangy Sauce and San-J Szechuan Sauce and peanut butter.
Remove from heat when sugar is dissolved and peanut butter is melted. Pour sauce over pasta and toss until noodles are well coated.
Garnish with water chestnuts, chopped bell pepper, chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds.
