Tamari Peanut Cole Slaw
Ingredients:
- 1/2 purple cabbage, sliced thin
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 cup snow peas, julienned
- 3/4 cup SAN-J Tamari Peanut Dressing
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss first six ingredients. Mix San-J Tamari Peanut Dressing with rice vinegar. Add to cabbage mixture. Add peanuts and raisins and mix.

Funny- I was just having an everyday salad with this dressing and the little carrot and cabbage shreds in the mix fell to the bottom of the bowl, all covered in the dressing. I thought “I bet this would make an awesome Tamari Peanut Slaw” – google popped your recipe right up!
I can’t speak to how your recipe tastes (sounds great, though) but I can say that the San-J dressing really is tasty!
