A Bit of This and That Chinese Smart Tenders “Chik’n” Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch green onions, washed and chopped in one inch chop including green tops
- 2 packages San-J Wakame Soup
- 2 cans (14.5 oz.) certified organic vegetable broth
- 1 package (10 oz.) frozen oriental vegetables
- 1 tsp. Jane’s Krazy Mixed up lime pepper
- 2 Tbsp. San-J Tamari
- 2 Tbsp. organic corn starch
- 1 package Smart Tenders Lemon Pepper
Directions:
- In large pot over medium high heat saute the onions in olive oil for two minutes.
- Add San_J Wakame Soup, vegetable broth, oriental vegetables and Krazy Mixed up Lime Pepper.
- Mix corn starches with Tamari, add tablespoon cold water, mixes well add to soup.
- Stir for a minute or until the soup starts to thicken, cut Smart Tenders into bite size pieces add to soup heat only until tenders are warm. Serve.
Chef’s Notes: I find I can use many of Lightlife’s products in this soup
